The Gourmet Jar is brings exotic jams, preservatives and marmalades to the discerning Indian consumers. Conceptualized in 2012, the company is headed by Apeksha Jain, a French Teacher and Food Blogger. She started as early as a 15 years old girl who loved experimenting in the kitchen and is still whipping up delicacies with panache. During her one year stay in France, she explored the artisanal types of jams and preserves, which she tasted at a small orchard in Burgundy. The passionate cook in her kicked in and she started making those exotic jams after moving back to Delhi. Through her social circle, her products took wings and transformed into what we know today as The Gourmet Jar. All products from the brand are made with no preservatives and all natural ingredients. The purest fruits, minimum amounts of sugar, lots of love and heaps of care go into creating these small batches of handmade delicacies which is a favourite of many already.
