As Indians, we use chutneys, pickles and preserves to spice up food. Though these products are amazingly tasty, they are also not completely easy to make, store or use. So to make life easier; at Bandar they pureed the chutneys down, added some heat, and put them in a squeeze bottle that is easy to use - like ketchup.
